The Villino has a master bedroom and a double bedroom, suited to the historical style and natural surroundings.  

The lounge is surrounded by large windows that offer wonderful views over the lake and the Gulf.

There is a large TV, a double sofa bed and a pellet burner as well as radiators.

There is a large kitchen on the ground floor, equipped with small and large appliances, TV, stove and pellet burner.

As is traditional, the bathroom is single, complete with bidet, bathtub and shower.
Towels are provided, as are beach towels which are changed every three days, and sheets that are changed once a week.

At the entrance, the guest finds themselves in a small lounge fitted with a one and a half place sofa bed.
The structure offers WiFi and autonomous heating.

The car park is inside the property, in front of the Villino.
