The Little Villa Tarlarini
A totally independent building, situated within walking distance of the main Villa on the Tarlanini estate. .
The Villino boasts a wonderful view over the lake, and has a private beach and boathouse, with two typical lake boats made available to the guests for excursions on the lake, such as visiting the three Borromeo islands, the Monastery of Santa Caterina del Sasso, or the wonderful Castels of Cannero.
It offers a large terrace with table, chairs and umbrella, perfect for eating outside.
A solarium with sunbeds and umbrellas is available on the roof over the boathouse.

Holiday Home
The Villino has a master bedroom and a double bedroom, suited to the historical style and natural surroundings.
The lounge is surrounded by large windows that offer wonderful views over the lake and the Gulf.
There is a large TV, a double sofa bed and a pellet burner as well as radiators.
There is a large kitchen on the ground floor, equipped with small and large appliances, TV, stove and pellet burner.
As is traditional, the bathroom is single, complete with bidet, bathtub and shower.
Towels are provided, as are beach towels which are changed every three days, and sheets that are changed once a week.
At the entrance, the guest finds themselves in a small lounge fitted with a one and a half place sofa bed.
The structure offers WiFi and autonomous heating.
The car park is inside the property, in front of the Villino.
The Interior
The structure is spread over more than 100 m² and made up of entrance, two bedrooms, one bathroom, a lunch area, a fully equipped kitchen and a patio with a view over Lake Maggiore
